Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM, at least 24 hours before the event date.
Each platter contains 12 pieces of each item, designed to cater for 10 people as a light meal or snack.
Orders are only confirmed via our website: add items to your cart, choose your collection date, make payment, and collect.
No order will be processed without full payment.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
All food orders are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or changes to collection dates once your order has been placed, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
In such cases, please contact us at catering@luckybread.co.za within 24 hours of collection with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

DELIVERY POLICY – CLICK & COLLECT
Order Cut-off Time
Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM to qualify for next-day collection.
Collection Details
Orders will be ready for collection at your selected Lucky Bread store during operating hours.
Customers must present their order confirmation upon collection.
Changes & Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations must be made before the 11:00 AM cut-off time on the day the order is placed.
